Is remote online notarization available now?
I hold a Texas online notary commission. Submit a service request, and I’ll confirm appointment availability, document eligibility, and secure platform details before booking. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment.
What should I bring to an appointment?
Typically, a complete unsigned document and acceptable identification. Requirements depend on the notarial act; I'll confirm them in advance.
Can you prepare or advise me about legal documents?
No. I cannot select legal forms, prepare legal documents, or give legal advice.
What will it cost?
I'll confirm your itemized total before scheduling. My service is fully remote, so no travel appointment is required. Texas law limits notarial fees.
Can I be outside Texas for a future remote appointment?
For an eligible Texas remote online notarization, a signer may be outside Texas, but the commissioned online notary must be physically in Texas. Always check whether the receiving party accepts the document.
